I just wanted to wish everyone a safe and happy Labor Day celebration.
While I'm normally off on Monday, I have to work today. A co-worker needed the day off so he could travel out of town for a wedding. That's one of the drawbacks of working in a 24/7 industry like the airline business. We have to have staff on hand at all hours.
On the bright side, the last four hours I'm at work tonight will be covering a desk that should be nice and slow. I'm hoping I can get some reading done while at work today. I've been working on trying to finish, The Call of Cthulhu and Other Weird Stories. It seems to be taking me forever to get through it.
